Change of Ah Kong (Director/Big Boss - BB) ....again !
So fast...the latest Ah Kong lasted only 1 Qtr plus....and guess who is our new Ah Kong ?
Ha....back to the previous Ah Kong...the one before this...the one who scolded us...but now he's better la...I guess he felt guilty after that incident. At least we know his style, his direction and he already understand our process (hopefully). No more CE and overlapping of other functional areas.
Let's hope things get better.
