maybe MIA again...Happy CNY !

Sorry folks...it's Quarter end again and I've been having flu, lack of energy la.
Am juggling between my work and beads....customers want orders before CNY / Valentine's day.

So I dun think I would be able to update my blog till....after CNY? Arrgghh ~! I am so way behind in my updates....still stuck in Sep last year. Well...no choice la. Last time used to blog everyday...i even almost (or did I?) blog with title "Blogging is a Must", but then after I am into my beads business, I have reshuffle my priorities. I think my life is more balance now. I still manage to browse around the malls or go for movies sometimes...but aiya, didn't buy CNY clothes yet. Somehow, I dun really buy CNY clothes, just buy whenever I find something nice. So, why I didn't buy any ? Well, nothing really nice for me, a lot of blouses with too many colours, too fancy la, even old aunties wanna grab. Poor us who are in the late twenties or early thirties...very difficult to find nice clothes ler. Dunno la, but a few of my friends at my age felt the same. Well, probably might buy try to get something lo...if I manage to go shopping this coming weekend.

Happy Chinese New Year to all in advance. I just hope I get to celebrate CNY without much distraction from work....my customers dun celebrate and I have to support them. Never mind, looking forward to long break in Feb :)

Have fun and have a prosperous New Year.
Take care,
Joez

Sep 18 - Good Day for Marriage

A popular date for marriage, auspicious date as advised by some Feng Shui masters. I kena two summons - one from "Water Tap" (She cannot keep secret and loves to gossip), another from "Sui Eh" - Phey Lin. Of coz I chose to attend Sui Eh's wedding at Gurney hotel.

Met Claire, Y.Nee, and many colleagues there. Sat with Irene (En Tao Eh's sis). Christopher was drooling over her until he forgot to take picture. He was the cameraman. He used the lousy common intro line on her..."Hi, you look familiar, u work in the same company?". Duh....I've overestimated him, knowing he's quite a 'buaya'. Later when En Tao came (he went to Water Tap's wedding for 1st half at Shangri-La), Christopher kesi-kesi came to apologise to Irene, said only joking when he said Irene is his new gf. Uuueekkk ~ !

We snapped lotsa pix. Sui Eh looked pretty as always. Her earrings (lent by the bridal shop) were a bit simple for wedding ceremony. It was 3 x 4mm bicones on each side...I could've done something better for her.

After dinner, Meow came to fetch me, he too attended his friend's wedding nearby. So many weddings huh, so I guess we might be having lotsa babies between June - Aug in 2006 ;)

Sep 17 - Shop n Eat

Bought more beads stuff. We then had lunch at Dave's Deli (One-Stop). Long time didn't go there liao. Last time used to work there in Wayne's ice cream...i think business also kaput liao. I learnt how to make ice-cream cone, pop-corn, sundaes...it was tough job, long hours. Two staff per shift, imagine, wanna sell ice-cream, make pop-corn, sell candy...crazy wan...not enough staff. The lady supervisor 'hao-lian', most of the staff resigned. Anyway story long time liao, that time I was still with my 1st ex. Got one Ah Kua (transvertite) like to 'cubit' his ass. :P

Oh...sorry, back to Sep 17. Meow went for bowling with his friends while I shopped around. After that, we went to look for camera at Komtar. We got one with tripod for around RM 1100+. Most important can capture my beads :)

We then browse around. Meow so happy got Mizuno (his fav. brand) at Parkson. I got myself a Muiller Jacket, he bought t-shirts. Shopping burnt calories u know...so we had a try at Regent Cafe which is in between Parkson and Komtar. A lot of Malay stalls. We had the Chinese western food.

Oh, tonight Lantern Fair at my home's field area. Dad bought some tickets earlier...so we decided not to waste and walked over to see what we could get with the tickets. Belachan Rice, some juices and something else (cannot remember la, almost 4 months liao). As we were still full, we ate the Belachan rice for supper back at Meow's place. How come full...oh...we had a bit of the herbal chicken dad cooked, he called us earlier to go home makan. Yummy :)

Sep 16 - Far in Distance, Close at Heart

Last day training, me still blur blur with the charts...sigh ! I went back office right after class, got dancing class, yahoo !

After dinner with Meow at 'Leng' Aunty's, I joined Gavin and my other colleagues to SS. Roger and Thing joined us. We had some good time dancing. Meow didn't wanna go, it's not his thing, he prefers to stay home. I have some mixed feeling seeing Roger and Thing together, I think there's something going on but am not sure, shall wait and see.

We later gathered in Beer's room to lepak for awhile. Hardly get to chat as we are from different countries. This time S.Sum didn't come to Penang. She attended the training before. I wish we can all meet more often. We are very close, a great team :)

Sep 15 - Surprised Orders I got

We went into 4th day of training. It's quite difficult to stay focused esp. when you are not working. Thank goodness got coffee...although not my fav. Nescafe.

Training...what I look forward to : 10am - morning break, 12 noon (lunch break), 3pm (tea break), hehehehe. Ini mesti mengemukkan. :P

I brought my earrings from my collection here. Showed my colleagues during break. Soon, before I realise and unexpectedly, more ppl gathered, including Sam the Ang Mo trainer. Oh oh, I thought he would scold me, but what a surprise. He looked at me and said "Say...I've got 5 nieces...can you make me something, bracelets maybe?"

I was stunned for few seconds before I managed to ask how old they are and the size of their wrists. Cool eh? Never thought I will get order from a man, some more my trainer. Hehehe.

After class, we headed to Gurney. Beer wanted to buy SK-II back to Thai. Her friends also ordered. She bought RM 1600/= worth product. She told me she has the whole set liao, very 'keng' !

I finished making the bracelets and slept by 3.30am. Hopefully he likes it.
