Sue, my cousin of same age, 40 days older than I, went for operation (tummy) - adventist hospital 2.30pm

Went to visit Sue b4 Meow dropped me home, had dinner at Jelutong, later supper after his badminton at Relau.

Dec 29 05 - Yummy Chicken

** Gee...I forgot to update more and this is what I had in my log :P **

Woke up 4pm, had black sauce chic dad cook, watched tv/read gem stone book.

** My dad is a good cook, lucky me **

Dec 28 05 - Kembangnya aku

Note - History

Lunch at Chopper board, talked abt beads with Chris. He also selling pendants.

Dinner at dbohy ghaut, hmm...belitung not nice, ordered fried squids twice :P

Me stayed home, thurs n fri on leave.

Passed crystal earrings for P.Keng, she told me that the earlier necklace she bought for her sis, her sis wore for wedding day time, then nite her mom wore. Waa...like that also can, recycle on same day...haha. Ceh wah...now I am proud, kembang :P

Dec 27 05 - Free advertising

Note - History

P. Keng wanted the Crystal earrings I did for W.Shan, she ordered the same pair.

Told dad abt my plan, he asked if I got any cross earrings, church member saw the Cross Pendant I gave him, he hang in the car.

Dinner - sg. Ara, hor fun with belachan fried chicken, went back home, watched Seconds from Disaster while I made P.Keng's order, slept at 3am

Dad gave me gem stone book - very old liao but good book. Now I can learn more on gem stones.

Dec 26 05 - Enjoy

Note - History

Since it's replacement for Public Holiday, I worked from home.

Dragged myself up, had toast/egg breakfast with Meow, continued working, did a bracelet at lunch time.

Meow napped till 4pm, me very hungry, he bought laksa from BJ, ate near 6pm.

Then continue beadwork after work, went back home, left $ for dad (koko asked), back to Meow's, he went f or badminton, me continued beads for Chris.

Let JJ wee wee at 11.30pm, 12am++ had my dinner - economy beehoon, not nice, sweet one :P
I dislike sweet stuff, drinks sweet ok, but food sweet.... cannot eat a lot.
Meow watched his chinese series at 2am - 3am, me sleep at around 3.30am, but I had ice-cream at 2.30am :P

If only I can work from home everyday.

Dec 25 05 - X'mas with Family

Note - History

We had choo-char at PBB, my first meal at 8.30pm, Meow had lunch without me.Koko came, went back house, Wilfred brought along his toy cars, there was one, his favourite, he agreed to lend me his car although at first reluctant, but I just saja tested him.

He's afraid of dogs...Koko made him touched/play with Max,in return he'll get PS-P. He 'cheated a bit, need me to hold Max and just quickly pat Max's on the pat / back of his body.

I gave koko the cross with stand, I finished dad's pendant before koko called - luckily in time, gave Soo lee the blue stone with crystal cutting bracelet. Dad didn't wanna eat out, he cooked for me, aunty called, later she called again said heard cooking noise and dad didn't wanna answer …
duh....

Unplanned shopping at new Giant (B.Baru), bought play pool for Chien, ice-cream, coffee, milo, etc

Update & Time for Beads

Note - Present

It's beginning of Quarter now, can't believe I am still so busy, of coz not as busy as Qtr end, that wan...really pang sai, pang jio also boh eng. Sleep also dreaming of work. Ppl with high blood pressure cannot work in my team.

After Qtr end, I slept from 5am till 6pm on Saturday !! And I was still sleepy, I woke up b'cos dad called second time to ask if I wanted any food and he asked "huh?! u still sleeping ah?"
So I had to dragged myself up, called Meow n had my first meal at dinner time...so nice, he took me for Rojak at Esplanade :)

My boss let me work from home and took one week leave. But I only rested 2 days, the rest I still work, sometimes till 3 - 4am. My sales dunno how to negotiate with customer, every Order also super urgent...sigh !

I cancelled my leave on Fri last week...and until this week, I dunno how I survived, every nite working till late and sleeping only 4 - 5 hours.

If any cosmetic product/agents wanna take models with very bad dark circle / panda eyes, dun forget to let me know ya....I think I am the best model for the 'Before' photos :(

But, I felt good that it was a great finish, my team worked very hard and management recognised our effort. Mine was the lowest backlog :)) It was some sort like working in a market share environment esp the last week of the Qtr. I was sick but I prayed to God to give me strength to go on, really Praise the Lord!

I couldn't help smiling to myself that Saturday .... sense of achievement .... satisfaction :)) Gavin too shared the same joy...he told that later. Each of us was like doing at least 5 ppl's job but we did it again, and the result was really astonishing !

I will be busy juggling between work and beads now, gonna try my luck to sell my jewellery creations next Sunday 27 Aug at Upper Penang Road.
10 am - 8pm. Go support me ya. I haven't started any item...chia lat !

RIGHT PERSON FOR THE JOB?

Put about 100 bricks in some particular order in a closed room with an open window. Then send 2 or 3 candidates in the room and close the door. Leave them alone and come back after 6 hours and then analyze the situation.

If they are counting the bricks.
Put them in the accounts department.

If they are recounting them.
Put them in auditing.

If they have messed up the whole place with the bricks.
Put them in engineering.

If they are arranging the bricks in some strange order.
Put them in planning.

If they are throwing the bricks at each other.
Put them in operations .

If they are sleeping.
Put them in security.

If they have broken the bricks into pieces.
Put them in information technology.

If they are sitting idle.
Put them in human resources or any federal government jobs (example:Â Home security).

If they say they have tried different combinations, yet not a brick has been moved.
Put them in sales.

If they have already left for the day.
Put them in marketing.

If they are staring out of the window.
Put them on strategic planning.

And then last but not least.

If they are talking to each other and not a single brick has been moved.
Congratulate them and put them in top management.

Note - Present

I am so tired and sleepy, so stressed and sick but I cannot just drop my work.
I have to go on…even though :

My eyes are half closed now
I've been sick for 3 weeks
I've been coughing for 2 weeks
I throw up almost everyday (some asked if I am pregnant/some asked if I have anorexia, duh!)
I only get to digest half of what I ate
I had my breakfast at around 4pm
I am still awake at 4am
I dream of my work
I scold redundant ppl in my dreams
I chase Production to release Sales Orders in my dream as well
I had to hold my pee for few hours
I rushed to toilet to cough / vomit at least 4 times a day
Sales perli me that I got commi$$ion for helping them to chase their backlog orders (I get zer0!)
I have to deal with so many 'trees' (my term of useless/brainless ppl)
I have on and off fever
I have terrible headache
I sometimes feel like floating / dizzy
........and many many more.......

Yes, I must go on for the sake of the business, company, my team and myself ! Can't wait till Fri is over !
