It's over

Finally the rush is over for the closing of quarter end.
But I still need to update management on the backlog numbers.

I thought it would be a better quarter in the sense can go home earlier. It was good enough that I did not have to work till 5am this Qtr. Last Qtr I worked till early morning. Last nite, I could log off at 3am. Had 4 hours sleep, had been sleeping few hours only for whole month.

Well...no thanks to Sales downloading last min (as usual la) and forwarder not aware and unable to pick up due to no warehouse to store....a lot of negotiations, calls, arguement, etc....
Rude ppl, rude mgr, brainless ppl...all u can see... of coz they are also nice ppl, helpful ones, responsible and committed ones.... Thank God for these angels.

Mary, WY and myself stayed till 11.30pm before we went for our late dinner at Teluk Bayan. Poor Mary forgot to shift her car from the back carpark....(stupid mgt set new rules...car park close at 9pm!!). Ah Juice (WY's bf) came to fetch us, they helped Mary to get security to unlock the gate while I finished off my last few reports.

Meow came to meet me...he din eat coz meeting Sloz, Ronnie and Eric for supper. He dropped me home first, I really tired n need to shower.
Logistics guy call me...got hope for an almost confirmed backlog....I shower...log on to work again....

Sat will be sleeping till late...but not very late coz need to send reports to mgt. Sigh....boh pien la. I will catch up on my sleep before CNY.

Fun Holiday and Happy New Year 2008

Just came back from 1 week vacation in KL, stayed at Meow's sister's place in Damansara...10 mins walk to The Curve. Had a great time there with close friends, old friends, swimming with dogs, shopping, eating like 4 times a day, so much walking....jwatching fireworks from her house, great view, everything's just great !! I should do this at least once a year.

However, payback stress - 400 mails in 2 days, I checked every 2 days, and today back at work lots of issues...never mind, I am still glad I took the leave. I had fun. I enjoy and no regret :)

Thanks to colleague who backed me up, thanks to friends who made effort to meet up and spent time with us, especially Master who drove us around and intro us, so smart, 3 months there already can drive here n there. Also to Tan Sri who fetched me to SSum's wedding on X'mas eve.

Quickie update

Lately, I seem to have less time and passion for blogging. Maybe because I am fully utilising my personal time for more activities.

I have dancing, beadwork, weekends at New World Park to promote our creations, sometimes too tired to do anything, even watching a CD also cannot fully complete the 2 hours session...so many things to, very 'chuan' but I quite enjoy being busy this way. I mean, I still get to have fun, meet friends, be with ppl I love, learn new things, get more exposure...everyday is like a journey, never ending. I can say I enjoy life more compared to before.

One thing though...I still need to find time to sleep more....can I actually ? Hahaha...need to work on that ! Oh...I try to eat more healthy too....now taking Ginseng and less coffee. Maybe will tell more on the Ginseng thing later.....just started yesterday....if got good result, will share share.

Meanwhile, pls excuse my absence a bit ya....oh, pls help me pray for my dad's health. He has been sick, down with bad flu for almost a week. Getting better, hopefully fully recover soon.

I hope sis is coping well with her nursing job / assignments too.

Koko gave me a lovely bag, something I never expected he could buy, I mean in terms of taste...wow, it was beautiful and really what i would've chosen for myself! An early Christmas present :) He came with Wilfred (my nephew) on Sunday. Luckily I was still home, about to leave for New World Park. Spent half hour with Wilfred. They wanted to go Queensbay Mall. Felt sorry couldn't join them. Hope to see them again soon.
