Starbucks in Bottle II

Found it at Jusco...much more expensive. Better to buy it fresh !

I am in the 93%

Just wanna share this story. Read it before but no harm reading it again :)

The Duck & the Devil . . .

A little boy was visiting his grandparents on their farm.
He was given a slingshot to play with out in the woods.
He practiced in the woods; but he could never hit the target.
Getting a little discouraged, he headed back home for dinner.
As he was walking back when he saw Grandma's pet duck.
Just out of impulse, he let the slingshot fly, hit the duck square in the head and killed it.
He was shocked and grieved!
In a panic, he hid the dead duck in the wood pile,
Only to see his sister watching!
Sally had seen it all, but she said nothing. After lunch the next day
Grandma said, "Sally, let's wash the dishes."
But Sally said, "Grandma, Johnny told me he wanted to help in the kitchen."
Then she whispered to him, "Remember the duck?"
So Johnny did the dishes.
Later that day, Grandpa asked if the children wanted to go fishing, and
Grandma said, "I'm sorry but I need Sally to help make supper."
Sally just smiled and said, "Well that's all right because Johnny told me he wanted to help."
She whispered again, "Remember the duck?"
So Sally went fishing and Johnny stayed to help.
After several days of Johnny doing both his chores and Sally's, he finally c ouldn't stand it any longer.
He came to Grandma and confessed that he had killed the duck.
Grandma knelt down, gave him a hug and said,
"Sweetheart, I know. You see, I was standing at the window and I saw the whole thing, but because I love you, I forgave you.
I was just wondering how long you would let Sally make a slave of you."
Thought for the day and every day
Hereafter . . .
Whatever is in your past, whatever you have done
. . . And the devil keeps throwing it up in your face . . . (lying,
cheating, debt, fear, bad habits, hatred, anger, bitterness, etc.) . . .
Whatever it is, you need to know that God was standing at the window and
He saw the whole thing.
He has seen your whole life.
wants you to know that He loves you and that you are forgiven.
He's just wondering how long you will let the devil
Make a slave of you .
The great thing about God is that when you ask for
forgiveness, He not only forgives you, but He forgets.
It is by God's grace and mercy that we are saved.
Go ahead and make the difference in someone's life today.

Share this with a friend, and always remember:

God is at the window!

Holiday with Cheaperthanhotels

Year end is round the corner. I am thinking of visiting my relatives and friends in Australia.

I am still contemplating whether to stay at my second aunt’s place or rent a hotel. Sometimes it might not be that convenient to stay with your relatives for long.

Was searching the web and found this great site. I can actually choose affordable hotel at Cheaperthanhotels. So many Sydney Hotels to choose from. I need to check first, some provide breakfast, free meal and even use of amenities.

Should I visit Brisbane as well ? There is this great promotion at 4 Star Astor Best Western Hotel. It is situated at or near the City area. Affordable with rate as low as AUD 79, it is simply convenient to walk and shop around.

Maybe I can go to Melbourne to visit my friend too. So excited, I need to plan now !

Dancing all the Way

Still sick…last week flu, cough, vomitted 3 times a day.

Now still a little sick…feverish…but I won't stop dancing :)

I am so into dancing nowadays that my posture is different from before.
I stand straight more often now. I 'dance' when I walk, when I shower, even when I stand (in my mind…and my body tends to sway a litlle).

I even dream dancing. I do dancing posts with almost every gesture and step. I would have one leg standing straight with another pointed to the side. My hands automatically in 'throw' positions when I was walking (at home).
My hips will sway by itself…I would do slow turnings…spot turns….I cha-cha a little here and there on the way to my car…I 'rhumba' when I shampoo my hair….

Gee… I can't help it, competition in Nov….so little time, so many things to polish up.

I am Just a Wink away

Wow, I am very much impressed with this People Search Engine. Was recommended by a friend and thought it was just another network to connect friends. I gave it a try, entering a long lost friend’s name (someone whom I tried to look over in other sites yet I failed), and to my surprise, my friend’s name appeared, there…right on my screen !
Absolutely amazing !!

Wink is not just a normal People Search Engine, it also links people across the globe. Your friend or long lost relative could be anywhere, yet this powerful search engine can Find People by searching through public profiles such as Bebo, Friendster, LinkedIn, MySpace, blogs or even Flickr photos. Very cool ! I’ve signed up and you can try searching for me via Wink for a start ;)

Split ends

A week plus ago, I was in the toilet…doing biz la…
When I do biz…I must concentrate at least 99%....I can't output if I read a book or even sing a song….

The other 1% is for me to look around….maybe daydream a bit.

So there I was….with my 1% concentration, I saw something…..something I've never seen before.

A split end….yes, a split hair….and this is no ordinary hair….it's the hair down there :P

And I thought we only have split ends up there….but down there as well?????

Tham Chiak Kao

Max is very 'tham ciak'. Every time I makan…anything…he will tail me from the hall to kitchen …anywhere I go la….really like 'kan mei kao' ( 'follow tail dog').

And if I am eating something and not giving him any….he will keep waiting…sometimes being impatient, Max will climb on my legs…that's when I shout "Down!"…then he will obediently (for 30 secs) sit and wait again….and pandai-pandai give me his front paws (take 5 - which dad taught him).

And if the above repeats several times, below is what you'll get on the floor, sometimes on my legs too :
Max's saliva :P
